Free Museum Days Revisited
This is not a printing error. We are not accidentally re-printing last month’s Hot Tip about September’s Free Museum Day. It just happens to be followed this month by the 5th annual “Museums Free-For-All” Oct. 3-4.
The event focuses on Los Angeles and Orange County museums, and more than 20 in the area will welcome visitors for free. Some (Craft And Folk Art Museum, Orange County Museum of Art and Bowers Museum) will participate both days, some (the California Heritage Museum and the Japanese American National Museum) will participate Saturday only and some (The Grammy Museum, Norton Simon Museum and MOCA) are only free on Sunday.
Either day, it’s another great opportunity to enjoy local cultural institutions for free.
